I believe work has started, or about to be started on Volume 2.  Is Gary aware that the original Cromer Northrepps airfield in Norfolk has closed and a new one with two grass runways has been built a couple of fields away?  The new one has more buildings and facilities and is much busier now.  I may be able to send some photos if required.

I was aware it was shut, but I was not aware of new airfield, so yes if you can get info and photos I will put it pack in the product

Hi Gary, when you do Sywell please make sure you get updated aerial photography. The ones in GenX Volume 2 are woefully outdated (for example it doesn't show rw23/05 and the centre of the airfield looks like a farm). Also, please bare in mind they are building a new hard runway there.

Everything about the airfields will be up-to-date, just like in Vol. 1. Smiley

Unfortunately the most recent aerial photography is Google Earth and it won't blend very well with the GetMapping photographs.

George, I thought Gary edited the base images to reflect any new changes?  Undecided

I'd prefer most up to date aerial photos that don't blend in then very out dated photos which blend in Smiley
