hi, just purchased edinburgh extreme and think the scenery is fantastic i use edinburgh a lot as its where i live. just a question about blurries i have increased the global texture size to massive but still get blurred land scenery but im running fs9 at a resolution of 1440x900 so should i reduce this down to 1024x768 and would this solve the problem. thanks again for a great addon to fs. jim

Try changing your MIP
Options - settings- Display-Hardware- MIP Quality to 7 or 8

It is not optimized for any particular resolution, there's no direct link there.
However high screen resolutions may effect the graphic memory available and force FS to display a lower MIP level to compesate if your don't have that amount. FSX is famous for its reverting to blurries when its short on memory, so its possible FS9 may do the same, although I've never seen it myself.

8 obviously. But I find the higher I put it, the more 'speckly' they are in the distance. I have mine on 6.
