UK2000 Forum 2 Years Old Today

It is my pleasure to announce today that the UK2000 Scenery Forum has officially been open 2 years today!

It has been a good ride, there has been a mass of new products released since we first opened, with the arrival of the Xtreme Series, the VFR Airfields and of course the arrival of Flight Simulator X.

Over 1000 members have joined this ever growing community.

Over 21,500 posts have been made on the forum, with just fewer than 3000 individual topics created.

Over 1600 pictures have been uploaded to the forum.

The forum itself has grown at a rapid rate, far quicker than we ever expected, to the point where the servers were unable to deal with the amount of traffic we were generating. UK2000 Scenery took the decision to upgrade its servers and hosting packages to deliver a much more reliable and faster service to its users. The forum has also undergone many personalisation’s and a major upgrade since opening back in 2006, making it one of the most reliable and well maintained forums in the flight simulator community.

The support from both staff and customers has always been an outstanding factor for the new and old members who continually comment on the dedication, professionalism and friendliness of the forum.

May I personally say a huge thank you, to everybody who uses the forum, who has taken the time to register an account and who takes the time to input their thoughts into the community. I hope to continue to see this into the future, and continue to see the forum grow from strength to strength.

I would also like to say a thank you to all of the staff, who dedicate their time to help run the forum, keeping it clean, tidy and safe for all of its visitors. The staff who keep watch of the forum, 24 hours a day, 265 days a year to ensure that the forum is always a nice and safe place for its visitors.
