I quickly re-wrote the approach code for EGSS v3 for FS9. This is not the definitive app code...but I have very little time before I am on my Xmas hols.

Anyway this will take into account the new rwy designations and will get your AI arriving and if you know how to.....get FS ATC shooting ILS approaches with transitions. Cool

Just put the EGSS_App bgl in your Scenery/Generic/scenery folder.

I have now uploaded to the UK2000 web site AFCAD page a new set of AFD files for Stansted Xtreme for FS9 which includes the approach data.

Any chance of changing the taxiway designators north side as these changed with the runway redesignation. GB is now U, and GA is now V?

Thanks Gary, also in version 3 has the extension of the terminal at the arrivals end been modelled, plus when taxiing to runway 04 I'm asked to hold short at taxiway K instead of H (the end of the runway), can this be sorted. Plus is it possible to have multiple holding points and the runway?

OK, I have moved the ILS GS and redesignted the taxiways VICTOR and UNIFORM. It isn't possible to make multiple entries to the runway at the 04 end, as there is only on taxiway that feeds to it. If I make it that aircraft go right to the end of the runway then it means that they take longer to clear and so the queues build up more, so I prefer to leave that as it is.

Both FS9 and FSX files are uploaded to the UK2000 web site AFCAD page.

I feel there has been some confusion in regard to the taxiways . Taxiway golf still exists all the way on the northside of the airport .Only the hold have changed there names .There is no taxiway Uniform at stansted
There is  a Victor taxiway and that correct on the scenery

Hi lee,

That's quite right. However, the only way to get a hold given its name in MSFS is to have the taxiway that links to it given the same name. Thus, although there is no taxiway UNIFORM, I have named the taxiway from GOLF to the UNIFORM hold as such for that reason.
