Manchester will be released tomorrow.

There are some important changes to way the product is released. As I said in an ealier thred, I had enough of the  false virus reports in the activation and options program, also there was an increased amount of support using the activation system.

All new Xtreme products (and updates) will now be based on the principle that the FULL product is only available after purchase and includes a keycode (simalar to VFR2). So when you purchase the download page is shown so you can download the file, the keycode is sent your email address.  Your email is still registered as the user, and your email is still the main way to re download lost products.

The quantity of downloads made by the registered user is also closely monitored, just to be sure no sharing of the email is taking place.

If you really need to test it before purchase, then there is a true DEMO, with permanent boxes on the runway. But this demo should only be used for 24hours. If you decided to purchase you have to download FULL product and delete the DEMO, please dont carry on using a DEMO version and flying through boxes

For those who are happy with a simpler Manchester there is also a FREE 'cutdown' version which can be downloaded from the same webpage. So you don't want to pay for scenery, then please use the FREE version and NOT the demo.

The Free version contains about 25% of the Xtreme scenery, it has all the main buildings, but lacks the fine detials and lack most of the ground details, but its certainly 1000% better than the MS default

does this mean that we will not be able to activate the scenery through the old www.uk2000scenery.com/activate website?

James.

There is no activation James, after you order, you, will get the download page, it checks the order and starts the download process, at the same time it sends you the Keycode to your email. So for usesr who have there FS PC not connected to the internet its now easier.
