Not sure if this is a bug, but I've never noticed it with other UK2000 airports. Just did a full uninstall/clean/re-install to make sure it wasn't anything on my side. No other afcads for EGLL.
Notice the default FSX approach lights showing under the custom UK2000 lights.

Default lights are in AFD/AFCAD file, so I will ask Norman to double check the latest AFD files
