Hi!

Just bought this fabulous scenery as well as Gatwick V3.  Gatwick is fine but at Heathrow a lot (not all) of the jet bridges show up black (missing textures). I have the latest patch installed.  I also have VFR Airfields installed but disabled Heathrow on it before I installed Heathrow Xtreme.

Thanks,
Tom

Can you post a screen shot, so I tell which ones it effects.

Sure, theres a few here highlighting which ones it affects.  They're mostly around Terminal 1.  Terminal 5 doesn't seem to be affected at all.

Shows the mixture of some that are black and some that are textured correctly

There are two jetbridges at the gate, one showing correctly and the other without textures.

I've tried a reinstall but to no avail.  Only addons i've got installed are Heathrow Xtreme, Gatwick Xtreme, VFR Airfields 1, Gen X South, Central and North, EarthSim TreeScapes South, Alderney and Real Environment Xtreme.  Latest FSX version.

Thanks!

Take a look in your Heathrow Xtreme texture folder and se if you have these files.

Use your window 'search' and search the ALL of your PC for files "egll_jetways.BGL"

It should only reveal one, and it should be in the products scenery folder. If it find more than one, than that would explain it.

Yes I think I have solve this one. I had accidently included the "EGLL_Jetways.bgl" in the Gatwick Xtreme product. Please delete this file, and Heathrow will be fine.

Or

swap the sequence in the scenery library so Gatwick is above Heathrow.

I will change the Gatwick update to overwrite this file with an empty dummy file.

Morning colleagues, Re EGLL xtreme v2

I too had black jetways at terminals 1 & 3 and confirm that the above work around is good.  Just move Gatwick above Heathrow in the scenery library as Gary suggests.
