Won't let me activate, please help!

This error messgae occurs when I try and activate the product with the correct email:
This happens when it asks me for my email. Please help!

Your windows has an associate fault. The program is calling Internet Explorer to open up a webpage, but its not working on your PC
All you need to do is use the other activation button on the right hand side 'remote activation' it tells you to open up a website URL, so do that give it the 'remote code' (shown on screen) and it will return your activation
I also assume you are using your email that was used to purchase it in the first place.
