As paying customers of UK2000 Scenery products, you are entitled to free, top quality support. I have now started this poll/topic to see what you, the loyal users, think to the support that this forum and its many users give. Please take the time to vote. Thank you, Ryan Jackson

Sorry moved your post here George where i thought it would be more suitable. As for the level of support on Karels post, Karel got his answer he was looking for, eventually, i agree with you myself that the topic was dragged off topic when it was not needed to be by a certain member.
You will be pleased to know that Dan has since been given a permanent ban from the UK2000 Forum, and will not be returning in the future.
This decision was made to ensure UK2000 Scenery Forum maintains its highest quality level of support that it is renowned to have.

So far not overly impressed. I have e-mailed twice and left a post with regard to the dreadful night runway lighting ion FSX. The entire runway is just one big blob of white light and it's impossible to judge a landing. The VASI lights are enormous and keep pulsating. Also the taxiways are just a bunch of green florescent lights...no blue!! I have to say the whole thing just RUINS the experience and I'm regretting paying the money. It worked fine in daytime mode.

You left your post at 0300 today and got a reply at 0900. How much quicker do you want it?

I have to say Gary replied to my comment about the night lighting at Gatwick very promptly and I really appreciate that! Unfortunately I don't think there's a solution to the problem but at least the response was very quick.
Thanks,
David S

You seem to be forgetting the point to this thread. This for your opinions about the support that we offer, not your opinions about our products. Opinions you may want to raise about the products can be posted elsewhere in the forum. I think the support that you have recieved with regards to the above problem is more than satisfactory. If you have any further issues, send me a Personal Message.
Ryan.

Hi all,
I have been very lucky, in most cases, to be given very good support after the sale from most of the companies I have purchased software from. Now I have recently purchased all of the Xtreme Airports and I have to say I like the quality of the product and the ease of purchase and activation. I must tell you, though, it was this forum and everyone’s willingness to try and help each other that was the final factor in my decision to purchase. By reading the forum before I purchased, I knew what I was getting and where I could get help if I needed it. Just proof that support really starts before the sale! Great job and keep up the good work!

Hi Andrew,
At the top of the page there should be a series of options for you to select. If you just see the results you must have at some point either already registered a vote or clicked 'Show Results'.
